I got there at 7:55 for my 8:00 appointment. I pulled in to the bay and was greeted by the service rep. I was in the waiting area by 8:05. At 9:05 the rep brought me the paperwork and after sign I pulled in to the bay and was greeted by the service rep. I was in the waiting area by 8:05. At 9:05 the rep brought me the paperwork and after signing and paying I was out of there by 9:10. You can't beat that ! Great job. More

Had a humming in rear end wheel bearing hub was bad. Took 2 hrs to even look at car to find problem. I had a appointment not just a walk in. No one told me of car status I had to find them. Told me the Took 2 hrs to even look at car to find problem. I had a appointment not just a walk in. No one told me of car status I had to find them. Told me the mechanic was working on a car with same issues. So I asked if he was the only one working told me no but they had other customers with appointments. Funny I had one too but had to wait for 3 1/2 hours for a one hour job. Usually they are spot on and very fast to repair my cars. Hope this was just a one time thing. It is a great dealership and I will be buying more cars in the future More
