I usually have an excellent experience at this location, guess today was an off day. Dropped my car off at 9:45 for service. Got a call at 1:30 stating that it needed new brake pads and front breaks and it guess today was an off day. Dropped my car off at 9:45 for service. Got a call at 1:30 stating that it needed new brake pads and front breaks and it would take an hour, no biggie. 2:30 appeared and my car wasn't finished. 2:45 appeared and I asked for an update, said they were just tightening up the last few bolts and it needed to be test drove so another 20 min. Pushing the time but okay. I could sense the tech I was working with was getting more stressed as the day went on and appeared annoyed when I was asking for updates and that the breaks needed to be done in an hour. Trying to be patient but I ABSOLUTELY needed to leave at 3:00 for an important appointment I had at 4:00, close to an hour away. Didn't leave the dealership until 3:30, forcing me to cancel and reschedule this appointment. Needless to say I was disappointed after today's service. Positive was I got 10% off my original service since I had a coupon, not the rest of the service I guess. We'll try again next time. More
