I would recommend the sales departments 10 fold, Marcus Kyle was great! I am Leary of the service department. I brought my truck in for its 5,000 miles service, and drove it home, and it started shaki Kyle was great! I am Leary of the service department. I brought my truck in for its 5,000 miles service, and drove it home, and it started shaking about 3/4 of my way home and when I got home every single one of my lug nut were finger tight, so they must not have been torqued by the tech. I am lucky I didn’t lose one of my wheels 22 out of 24 of my lug nuts were figure tight when I arrived home. Luckily I have a torque wrench and was able to torque to spec, but to the lay person they would have probably lost one of their wheels. More
