Our sales experience was great with Bob at Volkswagen. We test drove the car I was interested in, and had a deal and initial paperwork done in one hour. The finance part was a nightmare though. We had to wait over FOUR HOURS to be seen in finance. Deals from Subaru kept being pushed in front of us. We were third in line and somehow six other people were taken in front of us. It was unacceptable. Once we finally were seen in finance, it took less than 20 mins to get my lease paperwork done. We spent the entire day away from my baby at the dealership bc of the finance fiasco. Wouldn’t go back because of that. More
