Making appointments online is quick and easy. Once I arrived, Rich greeted me pleasantly, reviewed the service I had requested, and asked if there were any additions to my list. I'm glad he did because that jogged my brain as I needed the rear wiper blade replaced. Voila! It could be handled during the visit. The wait was a reasonable amount of time, during which I received a text giving me the opportunity to communicate with Rich if I had a concern. (That added technological tool is an example of considerate customer service because the customer doesn't have to wander around the service area looking for assistance. It's right there at one's fingertips!) Once my car had its oil change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection, car wash, oh, and new wiper blade, my name was called. Rich met me at the counter and reviewed the invoice, asked if I had any questions, thanked me for my business, and introduced me to friendly, efficient office personnel, who completed the payment procedure. Have been buying or leasing cars from Brunswick Auto Mart for years. Our most recent experience was excellent once again while leasing a new Volkswagen for sales person Ravi Patel.
