We have purchased 6 Volkswagens from Brunswick since 2013. When you find a dealership that treats you well and they do. There is no reason to go anywhere else. The service at Brunswick was great. Amad was very knowledgeable about the inventory and on a busy Saturday, he was able to manage multiple customers at once without leaving us waiting. What ever happened to. .. The customer is right? Electrical problem. First response from the service department is... It was something I had done. Turns out it was a cabl .. The customer is right? Electrical problem. First response from the service department is... It was something I had done. Turns out it was a cable that was not connected. A part that came damaged I was first told I damaged it, the grommet was incorrectly set. They originally said I would have to pay for it. Wrong replacement part ordered. I still need to go back. Once all of this is done I will go to a different dealership for any additional work. More
