I'm not a big fan of Dealer Services but this was my second visit to Brunswick Auto. I spent 7.5 hours for services I was told would take a couple hours. I was just about to express my frustration in the form of a review on my I-Pad when my Service Advisor, Rich M. found me and apologized for the delay. He added a discount to my bill as well as taking care of an unrelated issue that was a result of a competitor's mistake for free. His remark to me was that "they weren't there to beat people up and it was unfair I waited as long as I did. They valued my business and wanted me to come back" The fact that he came out and expressed his concern both in voice and more importantly in action, exceeded my expectations. I will definitely revisit their Service Dept again for any future issues and recommend them to friends. More

I just had an oil change and tire rotation. The customer service is always top rate. This is where I purchased my vehicle and have gotten all my service since purchased 2 1/2 years ago.
