I took my Pacifica in to have the stop-start repaired. It took a little extra time to schedule an appointment with COVID and the Holidays and I was getting close to the warranty expiring. I was fortunate I was working with Assistant Service Manager Chris Balentine, when I pulled up to the service area was full so Chris met me outside took my information walked me inside, and explained everything they needed to do. I waited in the social distancing waiting area for approximately one hour when Chris came out and gave me the thumbs up, everything was fixed and under warranty. More

Good and helpful salesman! Questionable financial associate who refused legitimate cash forms of payment without explanation. We wanted to pay for a new car in cash--part on credit card to earn mile associate who refused legitimate cash forms of payment without explanation. We wanted to pay for a new car in cash--part on credit card to earn mileage and the rest using our bank debit card. The debit card was refused even though the account had the amount in it. Only $3500 was allowed on a MasterCard credit card that had a much higher limit. We were told later in the transaction that we could in fact add a warranty of close to $4000 on the same credit card. No reason was given for the credit card limit or refusal of the debit card. Conducting cash business with the person seemed suspicious. More
