Brought Ram in for defective power folding mirror. Told just needed a flash to fix the folding issue. Sat in waiting room for an hour and a half for them to tell me mirror is broke need to order and paint just needed a flash to fix the folding issue. I told them before appointment it is broken to make sure they have replacement on hand. Passenger mirror did same thing a year or so as well. Same story. Truck has 11700 miles on it and both mirrors have gone bad!!!! Ridiculous!! Now I have to go back and sit again once mirror comes in More
