The service advisor, Michele Miller, was rude, not helpful when I did not have my insurance card with me, she did not call me when My car was ready or provide the complimentary car wash. The car renta helpful when I did not have my insurance card with me, she did not call me when My car was ready or provide the complimentary car wash. The car rental person was very helpful and was able to get my insurance information off the internet. The service provided was excellent. I called the service manager and was able to get the car wash. More
