Just in for an oil change and tire rotation. After waiting an hour and forty five minutes I was told I was ready to go. After signing for the work that was done I was told the truck was being washed waiting an hour and forty five minutes I was told I was ready to go. After signing for the work that was done I was told the truck was being washed and it would be a few more minutes. After another 25 minute wait the truck was brought up filthy , not touched.
