We had tentatively chosen a 2021 Forester for our new car. After a test drive, we agreed & ordered a Forester. Because our preferred color was not in stock we had to wait about 3 weeks. Our salesman kept in touch with us once or twice a week with ETA updates. Our car arrived earlier than promised! After driving a 2010 vehicle we had many new electronic features to learn. Our salesman was a great teacher & after less than a month of driving, we thoroughly enjoy our Forester and whole heartedly recommend Patrick andBrunswick Subaru. More

Not a great experience with sales. Car was sold to me before being serviced and communication regarding when it would be ready was terrible. Vehicle was rushed through service and I had to return less th before being serviced and communication regarding when it would be ready was terrible. Vehicle was rushed through service and I had to return less than a week later for an alignment, causing me to need to leave work early because of service hours. You can definitely see that new car purchases are what matter and used car sales are just whatever to them. From the moment I walked in and said I was there to speak to my salesmen, I was pushed aside like yesterday’s news. If it were not for the year and low mileage of the vehicle, I would have taken my business elsewhere. Service was amazing and helpful, but sales and finance needs to improve on people skills dramatically. More
