We dropped off our van for a manufacturer's recall. The Service Dept. representative asked if there was any other work I wanted done. I said no, not today. A short time later I received a call that accor Service Dept. representative asked if there was any other work I wanted done. I said no, not today. A short time later I received a call that according to the maintenance schedule and the mileage on the vehicle, the vehicle was due for new spark plugs, wires and coolant flush. The estimate for this additional work was $760.00. I was surprised at the cost quoted and declined the work. The additional work was not performed and the recall work was performed at no charge. The experience just left me with the impression that the Dealer Service Dept. was looking for a reason to perform additional work at an inflated cost when all I wanted done was the recall work. More

Pretty disappointed in the service department. Dropped the car off to be serviced. We thought the transfer case fluid was leaking. When we dropped it off the service person right away said “i see you tune the car off to be serviced. We thought the transfer case fluid was leaking. When we dropped it off the service person right away said “i see you tuned your car. You know subaru wont cover this.” What was done to the car had NOTHING to do with the transfer case fluid. Pretty poor customer service when you start accusing the customer right off the bat before you even work on the car. Again, what was done to the car has nothing to do with the transfer case fluid!!! This is supposed to be under warranty. Probably wont ever go back to this dealership! More

This is my second vehicle from Brunswick Auto Mart. I worked with Bob Barr in 2017 when I purchased a 2014 Town and Country and called Bob when I wanted to purchase a 2019 Pacifica. He explained he had worked with Bob Barr in 2017 when I purchased a 2014 Town and Country and called Bob when I wanted to purchase a 2019 Pacifica. He explained he had a few getting detailed and would let me know when they were ready. Bob called a few days later to inform me that they were on the lot. When my wife and I got to the lot Bob was working with another customer, he excused himself did some necessary paperwork and tossed us the keys for a test drive. Upon returning we negotiated the trade-in and price on the Pacifica. Bob walked us over to finance and while waiting we met with Rick Kinkoph who explained some add ons that could enhance the vehicle. Shortly after that, we met with Joe Suliks a Bussiness Manager who shopped our best financing option and walked us through an extended warranty recommendation. It was another good experience and would recommend purchasing your next vehicle starting with Bob and ending with Joe. More
