My service rep Amy did an excellent job handling my recall fix. She handled everything professionally, was proactive in calling me with updates, and even arranged pickup and dropoff transport. Everything went really smoothly and my RAV4 was ready as soon as the part arrived and was installed. My driver Frank (and the young kid who took me home, sorry forgot his name) was a pleasure to meet and great to talk to on the ride up. I would definitely recommend this dealership for any issues with your Toyota. I get oil changes here as well and they're very good with handling those! More
