Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. Told them the part & verified it was covered under my warranty, so would need to bring to dealership for repair. I dropped the car off for the appointment and they called later that day to say they did not order the part and it would be there in 2 days. I asked if I would get a rental car since they advised it was unsafe to drive until it was fixed. I was told no because it is a one day repair. The part did not come in on the said day or the following. Five days without a vehicle. Unacceptable. Finally pick it up and they lost the key. Luckily it eas found, but very unorganized. Why would they make an appointment ahead of time for a known repair and not have the part ready? Very inconvenient. More

I brought my car in for an oil change. Afterwards my car leaked oil. I called the service department and was encouraged not to worry about it but also told I could bring the car in if I wa Afterwards my car leaked oil. I called the service department and was encouraged not to worry about it but also told I could bring the car in if I wanted to. I brought it in and was told it was fixed. The next day the car leaked oil in my driveway and burned oil when I drove. I called again, and again was encouraged not to worry about it. I brought it in a second time and was told it was fixed. Afterwards it still leaked oil. I brought it in a third time and they kept it for approximately 2 weeks because they needed parts. When I would try to speak with someone regarding a pickup date, I would be forwarded to the service manager's voicemail. The service manager, John Cross, would not get back to me despite numerous messages and despite originally telling me he would personally change the oil himself and even personally drive to pick up the part if it was close. It is my understanding that he said this when he was going on vacation to Hawaii the next week. The whole experience was just extremely disappointing and made me regret using the dealer's service department. More

When we bought our used 2010 Town&Country van at Brunswick Auto Mart, we always bought high mileage c her boss, Dave, employees, in the service dept.
