Just leased my first Subaru at Brunswick Subaru from Matt Riley. It was a great experience! No pressure, no upselling, and altogether painless. Everyone wore masks and observed social distancing, which is important to me since I am older and more at risk for Covid. I love my new car! My Crosstrek drives very smoothly and my only problem is keeping to the speed limit! And I loved getting a free set of car liner style winter mats along with the more traditional summer cloth mats. That's a nice touch! More
My 2020 Subaru Outback has 22,500 miles. The Yokohama tires which are rated as 65K tires are cupped and need to be replaced. Back in June I had Brunswick Auto Mart put new tires on my Jeep. This past weekend I had to replace my wheel hub bearing, and I had a xxxx of a time getting the lug nuts off, breaking two lug nuts. I check my Jeep. This past weekend I had to replace my wheel hub bearing, and I had a xxxx of a time getting the lug nuts off, breaking two lug nuts. I checked the right front lugs, and I could not get them off. All of the wheels were over torqued. I called the Dealership to complain and asked for replacement lug nuts. I was told that the lug nuts couldn't be over torqued, because the mechanics use a torque wrench to tighten them to specifications, Bullsh!t. I was told to come into the dealership to verify that the lug nuts were over torqued, I did. After waiting an hour and forty five minutes they came and admitted that they were indeed over tightened. He told me that the lug nuts do corrode, and offered to sell me new ones. NO THANKS! They also claimed they replaced a rotor on my wife's car, which they charged us for and they didn't. I am done with Brunswick Auto Mart. More
A disappointing experience. I made an appointment so that BAM could fix a part on my vehicle that is allowing the driver’s side visor to fall out of the roof. About half an hour after I arrived for the appointment, a service person came into the waiting room to tell me that they no longer had the part. Accidents happen, we’re all human. The frustrating part was that she attempted to blame me for the for the problem, saying - more than once - that I had waited too long to call. A simple apology for the mixup would have been super appreciated. She seemed to expect me to know how automotive part deliveries and returns work. More

I had tire pressure problems and came to find that another vendor over inflated my tire to over 50 pounds! You corrected it and I was on my way in a short time. They always take good care of my car. They are honest, professional and look out for me by telling me about rebates, recalls, etc. He even explained I was early for my oil change and didn't need it yet. I am a big believer in Brunswick Subaru. Their staff is always courteous and they give the impression that they really care about me and my vehicle. I find it very easy to make an appointment, a representative meets me immediately when I pull into the service area, the paperwork is filled out quickly, the waiting room is comfortable, and when the work is done the representative gives me a full and complete report on the status of my car.
