Because I haven't had such a professional experience (anywhere) in a LONG TIME. The comprehensive check went by relatively quickly and it almost feels like my car is as good as new. Great response from the staff has also been a very notable part of my visit, they're friendly and polite. In and out, in and out, like a clock. More

I purchased a vehicle My review is based on purchase of vehicle, service issues and finally fours years later no desire to help when things went bad. I purchased a vehicle four years ago and nothing but engine problems with it if it wasn't for the extended warranty that I purchase I would have been paying thousands of dollars out of my own pocket not to mention the things that I had to pay to get fixed that weren't covered. Finally 27 days after my extended warranty expired the engine went out and was told it would cost 9000.00 dollars to fix, mind you I still owed on this vehicle. They had my vehicle 3 days and I heard from no one I had to call twice and finally on the third day they told me it was shot I asked what happened and they told me don't know but can find out but you have to pay 400.00 dollars to have that done. So now I was not only having to pay for a vehicle that I just purchased 4 years ago but nobody even bothered to reach out to me to see what they could do to help me get into another vehicle and work things out. I have been dealing with them for over 17 years and this is how I was treated not good not good at all. I will never purchase from or recommend this dealer ship again. More

Great Customer Service in Service Department Kathy M in service depart is why I always end up at Brunswick Auto Mart for service repairs. I call her & same day service. Other dealers say they will get my vehicle in shop in 48 hrs. Kathy calls me back promptly, keeps me informed about progress and cost $$. I always write a review in favor of her. Hard worker. Bought a new 2020 Rav 4 Brandon was amazing. I saw a new Rav 4 on the internet, and called, Brandon said they still had it and would hold until I got off work. He showed us a Brandon was amazing. I saw a new Rav 4 on the internet, and called, Brandon said they still had it and would hold until I got off work. He showed us all the features, and very knowledgeable about Toyota Vehicles in general. Loving my new Rav 4! More
Yes and No service. I went through Costco auto program and Brunswick came up. After a few emails, I finally went to talk to the salesperson Karen. She had the pricing a I went through Costco auto program and Brunswick came up. After a few emails, I finally went to talk to the salesperson Karen. She had the pricing already waiting and the list of add-ons I wanted. She even printed out a list of the add-ons, including splash guards and rear seat protector. The final deal was smooth and she was very helpful. HOWEVER: I was never shown the model I was interested in nor was asked about test driving or at least looking at the car and going over the features. BUT.. when i picked up the car, the additional items listed on the print-out she gave me were not on the car - splash guards and rear protector ($200) . When I asked about them she said the car didn't come with them and I would have to purchase them. She wouldn't even add the $100 splash guards! I checked the print-out she gave me when I arrived back home and they were listed. I plan on bringing this up if she calls back. SO: five stars for the sales help, 3 stars for the sales service. More
I wasn’t in the best situation with the car I rode in with, but Ryan did an excellent job getting me into a better situation over all. My credit was just ok-ish, a had a little to put down, not the menti with, but Ryan did an excellent job getting me into a better situation over all. He had great instincts in terms of getting me into a vehicle that suited me and my financial means. What a gent! More
