TOOK ADVANTAGE OF MY 87 YEAR OLD MOTHER My mother just moved to Ohio in January and had to go to this Brunswick Auto Mart to change the address on her 2020 Toyota Corolla lease. She had just leased this car just 7 months earlier after her car was totaled in an accident last summer. My brother and I helped her pick out the car and also helped her with the paperwork after her accident. While at the Auto Mart in Ohio, she mentioned that she liked the Yaris better than the Corolla so a salesman (Jaime Nazario) decided to sell her a car so he could make money off of my 87-year-old mother who is basically deaf. She can't hear me when I'm yelling right in front of her so I'm sure she didn't hear anything the salesman told her. He did not take her for a test drive either. Just sold her a car for the commission. He was happy to turn in the 2020 Corolla with 5000 miles on it and charge her the $6000 negative equity. Oh, and also find her a "great" deal at 7.99% interest for EIGHT years! What a rip off. I know you can't "discriminate" based on age, BUT, you can do the right thing and let her know it was not a good deal. Also, she hates the car. She would have figured that out if the salesman would have taken her for a test drive. I called the sales manager and she was very rude. She didn't care about doing the right thing...just making a few bucks. KEEP YOUR PARENTS AND CHILDREN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! More
