After I applied for the Volkswagen Credit Card thru Volkswagen Brunswick, Ohio website, the next day I went to their service department to buy tires for my Volkswagen vehicle. After it was installed an Volkswagen Brunswick, Ohio website, the next day I went to their service department to buy tires for my Volkswagen vehicle. After it was installed and ready I told them about my approval and gave them my temporary account number to process payment, the lady who process payments said to me that they no longer honor Volkswagen credit card for payment. Not to mind you that I applied for this credit card thru their Brunswick Volkswagen website, I told the lady that I wanted to speak to the manager. The manager after a while came to me and said that “Supposedly” he took it off the website and it keeps coming back!!! Like really? That’s not my problem sorry! So he gave me this unfriendly look like he didn’t wanted me to be there and like pretty much to have another form of payment and leave. So I told the manager to the his service employee to put my old tires back and I will go to Ganley Volkswagen since they honor the Volkswagen credit card. I got no apologies from this manager or anyone to at the very least apologize for their error and for making me waste my time. Very disappointing dealership. I will never EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE AGAIN. The staff honestly was horrible and seem not to care for customers very much. More
I took my new Jeep in for an oil change and tire rotation. My car was finished within one hour. They accepted the oil change and tire rotation coupons which really helped with the price, They also performed a My car was finished within one hour. Service with a smile We have been Toyota, and specifically Brunswick Auto Mart, customers for at least 15 - 20 years. We have bought probably 8 Toyotas within that time. We have worked with the same two salesmen which brings a level of confidence, as BAM retains their employees. Yesterday, I took in my Prius V5 in for it 50,000 maintenance. I had made another appointment at a different tire place for a set of new tires, but realized the deal Toyota had was just as good as the one I had arranged for. So canceled the one appointment and arranged to buy the tires from BAM. My service representative, Michael Callahan, realized I was waiting for the car and because the tires would not be in until later in the day, he arranged to provide me with a rental. Cindy Smith, the gal in charge of the rental department provided great service ... esp when I couldn't locate my insurance card, going the extra mile by helping me contact my insurance company and have the proof of insurance emailed to her. That is just one of many times I have been treated with kindness and courtesy at Brunswick Auto Mart. And that is why we continue to return year after year, car after car. Susie Gulick More
