Once I came in, I realized the car I was inquiring about didn't have the features I was really looking for. Eric was able to get me close to the same deal we had discussed over email on the upgraded version of the car I was looking for and made the lease pull through super easy to agree to. In addition, I was in and out in 2 hours, which is rare. Thanks again Eric! More

He located the exact car and package that I wanted and was willing to negotiate a very fair price for the 2020 Outback (premium package) that I purchased. The finance manager that I worked with Matt Cecil, was equally outstanding, and made that portion of the transaction very seamless and efficient . I recommend this dealership highly. More

In a few seconds the service individual assisting me, showed me what happened and how to fix it. He asked if there was anything else. I mentioned my tire light was on, and that was fixed right on the spot. He asked me if I wanted my car washed, I said sure. Waited in the comfortable waiting room. Car was ready very quickly. Ready to leave and my car would not start. Went back in to tell the service gentleman. He tried and we both thought it was the battery. He obtained a battery tester and it showed that a cell was dead. We decided to put in a new battery. Took no time at all. I was so glad it happened while I was there. I felt extremely happy when I left the service department. I would recommend the customer service department to anyone with a Subaru where we bought the car, love my Outback.... More
15,000 Mile Service Arrived at dealership ahead of my scheduled appointment time, was met immediately by service person that was more than courteous. Once at service desk Arrived at dealership ahead of my scheduled appointment time, was met immediately by service person that was more than courteous. Once at service desk attendant (same person) was very friendly and clearly defined my service requirements. He also asked if I wanted a complimentary car wash. I was not settled in the service waiting area more than 20 minutes when the same service person notified me my vehicle was ready. This person clearly explained all services performed and pointed out my brake wear and tire wear conditions. This was by far the overall best service appointment I have ever experienced at a dealership. This is what sells cars/ More
Service sucks If you are needing service for a Dodge or Ram look elsewhere. I had my Ram 3500 in for transmission work. I was promised 3-5 days. I told the service rep I needed it back before Friday due to a snow storm forecast for Friday and Saturday. I was told I would have it back by Thursday. Thursday came and went. No truck. Friday came and I was told it would be ready later. Later came and then if was 5:00. Cathy told me the technician explained the trans only needed to be programmed. But he had to go home. I wasn tojd it would only take a couple of hours to finish and it would be done first thing in the morning. At this point it is snowing. Overnight we got anywhere from 3-8 inches of snow and I could not service my customers. My truck was finally returned to me after 2:00 on. Transmission still slipped and fuel pump not working. Got more snow on Monday MLK Day and I still could not service all my customers due to trans still slipping. To top it off the service tech failed to secure the battery connection and I lost power twice and nearly crashed my truck. Was told by one manager that yes the dealership dropped the ball but they did nothing to help.. Meanwhile I gave lost over 9,000.00 because of this service department. I finally got my truck back today. My service advisor Cathy was the only one to help and seemed to give a dam The service tech left grease on the outside of my truck as well as on interior of truck. Run don't all to another dealership. Today the service manager told me to take my rusted out piece of junk to another dealership. More

My experience as a first time customer was fantastic! Tom got me in to see my service appointment right away. They found the issue with my car was NOT what I was told at Ganley Bedford where I waited for got me in to see my service appointment right away. They found the issue with my car was NOT what I was told at Ganley Bedford where I waited for 3 hours. My car issue was resolved in 20 minutes with welcoming customer service and the problem was not what was diagnosed in Bedford. I was treated as though I mattered! I’m a Brunswick Autonart customer for life!!! Michelle More
