I went for a simple oil change on my 2015 WRX. Within 15 minutes they came out and said the oil pan plug was stripped and I wound need a new pan. They blamed the oil pan plug not being stock but never quest minutes they came out and said the oil pan plug was stripped and I wound need a new pan. They blamed the oil pan plug not being stock but never questioned it before. Brunswick Subaru we’re the last ones to change the oil. They charged 630.00 for a pan and to replace broken exhaust studs. The car has been serviced there since I’ve owned it. Needless to say they will never work on it again. Poorly trained oil change Tech.? I don’t know. What else have I paid for that I shouldn’t have? They also didn’t return the oil pan for further inspection. More

Purchased my Mazda there in 2017 and had a recall on my brakes they replaced my rear brakes now I have had to replace brakes twice since then with only 30000 miles and both sets of brakes when I asked abou brakes they replaced my rear brakes now I have had to replace brakes twice since then with only 30000 miles and both sets of brakes when I asked about my brakes they said Mazda just go through brakes quickly . This seems like alot have had many cars and rarely have I had to replace rear brakes. Also after I had car in for oil change and tire rotation they are supposed to check regular maintenance items and on my way home tire light came on so they did not even check my tire pressure all my tires were below 30psi. The service department is terrible not going back there anymore. More

I'm not happy that I can get no response regarding the pay-off to my lender on my trade in vehicle. Have left 4 messages in the past 3 days with no response. A return call saying things had progressed wou pay-off to my lender on my trade in vehicle. Have left 4 messages in the past 3 days with no response. A return call saying things had progressed would be nice. At this point I have to wait for my old lender to say payment had been received or have a late payment notice comes. I don't think this is good customer service nor post sale follow up. More

Service at this dealership has been fine, but they never wash my car so that’s annoying. I bought a Jeep through Matt Dobson a few years ago and he was so wonderful, such a great guy.
