Prompt response to my questions I had decided to purchase a 2020 Outback Touring XT, but was having difficulty finding one in the preferred color. I inquired with most dealers withi I had decided to purchase a 2020 Outback Touring XT, but was having difficulty finding one in the preferred color. I inquired with most dealers within 300 miles of my home. Jake at Brunswick Auto Mart was easily the most responsive salesperson. This includes my local dealership with whom I had an existing relationship since 1998. Jake was understanding that I lived 50 miles away and preferred to work through the process via email. Jake found a vehicle for me and we moved forward from there. Great purchase experience! More

Ron in Sales will insult your Intelligence DO NOT SHOP BRUNSWICK SUBARU if you have a brain or are a lady. I set up an appointment with Ron in Sales last evening to purchase a Subaru for my so DO NOT SHOP BRUNSWICK SUBARU if you have a brain or are a lady. I set up an appointment with Ron in Sales last evening to purchase a Subaru for my son. After three messages left, Ron finally returned my phone call to set up an appointment with me. Upon greeting me, Ron asked how much I wanted to spend. I stated $300 per month, no trade in or money down, not too terribly unreasonable. He left to speak to his "Sales Manager" and returned to totally insult my intelligence and stated, "Let me educate you on Subaru's and how they hold their value." He also asked if I would be willing to purchase anything else but a Subaru. He then got on his computer and pulled up Kelley Blue Book and stated that if someone would trade in a used vehicle that "They" would give them the trade in amount Kelley Blue Book stated their car is worth, again, insulting my intelligence. I ask you, how could a dealership profit if they gave everyone Kelley Blue Book trade in price? He basically ended the conversation stating he could not help me given the budget of $300 per month. He did not show me one vehicle and he did not give me any other option but take my business elsewhere. I am going to take my experience as high up in the Subaru Company that I can because I do not want any other consumer to experience and be degraded as I felt last evening. I have bought 2 cars from this dealership and when we were buying the cars we were treated great. That is where it stopped I have had been lied to and had the worst work I have ever seen in many years were buying the cars we were treated great. That is where it stopped I have had been lied to and had the worst work I have ever seen in many years on my cars. We have extended warranties that we have paid a premium for and I will not go to this shop. We had a cars tires checked to make sure they were ok and they said “everything is good” when I said what about the bald tire they had completely missed. They explained “I don’t know how we missed that” When I brought my car in for an alignment they said, “cars good” took it to Conrad’s “your out of alignment” When I confronted them they tried to tell me I was mistaken. Then they realized their machine was not functioning correctly. Don’t waste your time. This place has cost me thousands in time and money. More
