Great people to deal wtih They made car shopping very easy. I actually clicked the 'equote' button and heard back from Joe K. I let him know via email what it was I wanted, w They made car shopping very easy. I actually clicked the 'equote' button and heard back from Joe K. I let him know via email what it was I wanted, why I thought one of their cars would work for me, what I wanted, and asked what they could do for me. 3 days later the deal was signed, they added the item I wanted to the car (remote start), and I picked it up 2 days later. Everyone was very nice and helpful...I even took over Joe's desk for a short time to argue with my insurance people, LOL! Easy, painless experience. Highly recommended!!! More

oil change appointment We had an appointment for only a oil change on 9/17/19 at 2:45. They told us there is a two hour wait. We left at 5 p.m. Someone said you're running 2 hours late for the last three weeks no matter what time you come in. Are you short handed? We've never had this problem before. My husband and I are not satisfied with the wait time. In the past no more than an hour for an oil change. We come from Westlake to your business to have this done. Your work on my jeep is good but not the wait time especially when you have an appointment. Above your garage door is says fast oil changes. Need to change that.
