Dropped the Ball this Time I had my 2018 Camry in for the 15,000 mile service and to have Apple Car Play added. I had a scheduled appointment and they took me in right on time. I had my 2018 Camry in for the 15,000 mile service and to have Apple Car Play added. I had a scheduled appointment and they took me in right on time. I waited about an hour and the car was done. As I was getting in the car someone came over and said "Sorry, we forgot to add Apple Car Play." That was the biggest reason I was there, I really wanted to have Apple Car Play added.. He said they could keep the car and add it but it would be another hour. I did not have time to wait, that is why I scheduled an appointment for the time I did. No one offered to reschedule another appointment or offered a loaner car. In fact no one has followed up since my appointment. All I got was a system generated email asking me to write a review. So this is the review of my last service appointment at Brunswick Toyota. It was not very good this time. This is the 5th Camry I have bought from Brunswick. Normally the service is excellent, but not this time. More

Easy Purchase Process Dean Molnar did a great job for me. He listened to what I wanted the gave me several selections to choose from. He worked with me on building an outstanding lease deal for a 2019 LE Outback, getting me more money for my trade in on top of reducing the price of the vehicle. In 3 years when my lease is up I will be calling him to get another ride, as he not only deserves my business, he has earned my loyalty for doing right by me. Definitely go see him if you can. More

I was immediately impressed by the completely pro We bought a 2018 Toyota RAV 4 LE AWD vehicle from a gentleman at the dealership named Tony Williams. I was immediately impressed by the completely professional way he conducted himself and showed us the vehicles he thought we might like. He did not try to up-sell us with features we did not want, but let us come to our own conclusion. So, when I felt the need to have my own RAV 4, Tony was the man I immediately contacted. His salesmanship was, again, without peer. I was not pressured at all, but his logical direction led me to what I admit was the perfect vehicle. (I did not go there with this car in mind at all)! This gentleman did me a genuine favor. I have no regret about my choice (How often can one say that)?! Oh, by the way, the service department there is always wonderful. Courteous, on time, with thorough explanations for anything done to the vehicle. (The complimentary two-year service plan didn't hurt, either. We have been very pleased with the vehicles and service, and especially great salepeople like Tony Williams. Thank you! More
