I used a coupon of $20.00 on that day. for rotating the wheels but I refused to stay longer to fix the brake. This is not the first time this happened. Previously, one time, I spent almost 3 hours for an oil change. the agent went to lunch and forgot about me and he told me that he forgot to ask someone else to take care of my car. I bought 3 cars from this dealer and I feel that few employees do not appreciate that. Although the majority of sales personnel offer help, one of them ignored me when I asked him a question. One time the problem was not solved and the agent wanted to charge me again, I raised my concern to the manager of the service department, he offered to fix my car for no cost. I believe the management staff are amazing. and they take action when employees cause a problem. More
