Service not so great I have only brought my car to this dealership for all maintenance and repair (bought in 2012) and when I picked it up today it wasn’t washed. I had a problem with tires they installed, and that was never fixed. They gave me an extremely high price for a cargo cover kit. I am disappointed because I have been a very loyal customer and they haven’t been helpful or reasonable lately. I am not sure if I will continue to have my car fixed and maintained here. More

Sales experience Worst experience I have ever had. Purchased a new ascent left the dealer super excited. The next day I got a call from sales manager you need to come Worst experience I have ever had. Purchased a new ascent left the dealer super excited. The next day I got a call from sales manager you need to come back and sign a new contract we discounted your car $5000.00 to much , I advise will check my paperwork and stop after work. Decided not to go back called the sales manager for an explanation said if you can’t afford the car bring it back, asked for a written explanation mailed to me, received pics of the contract with a message saying we charge you for the wrong car got a limited and charge for standard $10,000.00 difference. Had to get a attorney, error was they discounted my trade 6500. Twice, I think they were deceitful and try to take advantage of 2 Hispanics, they never apologize for all the inconvenience , worst customers experience ever. More
Stay Away! I inquired about a New Ram 1500 lease over the phone as i live an hour away from the dealer. I expressed that i would not be able to make it to the d I inquired about a New Ram 1500 lease over the phone as i live an hour away from the dealer. I expressed that i would not be able to make it to the dealership until the following week. The finance manager asked for $500 to "hold" the truck we were discussing until i could come down so, I reluctantly in a knee jerk reaction in fear of losing the deal provided my credit card information and they charged me $500. In the meantime i was offered a better deal and leased a new Ram from a different dealership. I contacted Brunswick Auto Mart and asked for a refund. I was told the payment was non refundable. Keep in mind that this transaction took place over the phone. There was no meeting of minds, I never stepped foot in the dealership, I never signed anything. At the time of this writing. I have not received a receipt nor literature stating company policy about refunds. The only proof i have is the transaction listed on my bank statement. I spoke with every manager in the dealership just shy of the owners. They would not provide a refund but instead suggested that the $500 could be used toward a sale or parts, but only for 12 months.I felt that this was a strong arm tactic to get me to do business involuntary. They even went as far to suggest i send a friend or family member down and the $500 would be applied to a deal with whomever I refer! Outrageous! More
