Unsatisfactory experience with intake service rep The intake rep said that I had a crack in my windshield on the passenger side. It turned out that it was tree sap and not a crack. When I asked the intake rep to take my car key off the ring he said “no one is going to copy your house key” in a condescending tone. I asked him to remove it anyway and was not surprised to learn that he does not watch the news or realize why woman can be extra cautious regarding their safety. In the end I asked this rep to put my car key back on my ring and was surprised that the car key dropped off my key ring (while walking into a grocery store after my appointment) because it was attached to my key ring with the thin circular metal piece provided by the dealership instead of properly removing that piece and installing it correctly. All of these things resulted in a negative experience at the Brunswick dealership. More

Dave Muschweck ema On dealer website, searched new inventory and found 45 new Highlanders XLEs. Asked for quote on model plus dealer installed towing. Dave Muschweck emailed price the next day. We narrowed color combinations and arranged test drive. I paid original quoted price. Dave also got Dealer to buy my Honda CRV expiring lease, saving me $350 turn in fee and 50 mile round trip. Brunswick Auto Mart Service had tow package completed as scheduled. More

Service adviser Cathy Moye is fantastic I have had my Jeep in 3 times for a humming vibration noise at 1500 rpms. It is very loud and annoying and hurts my ears. Every time I am told it is fixed yet the noise is still there. The third time I was told it is a normal sound. It never did it before and the vehicle is on 7 months old. I don't know what to do. Emergency tire repair. On May 8th, 2019 I noticed the indicator light for low tire pressure was on and the driver-side front tire was very low. So I filled it with air befor On May 8th, 2019 I noticed the indicator light for low tire pressure was on and the driver-side front tire was very low. So I filled it with air before leaving the house. The indicator light came on again while driving in the direction towards Brunswick Auto-Mart en route to the Hospice center for my mom's transfer from ICU. I called Rich Montague to see if he had room to squeeze me in for a tire repair? He said, bring it in and he'll work it somehow. I told him my circumstances on my mom's condition and he not only was able to assist me, but had me in and out in less than 40 minutes after finding a nail in one of the tires I purchased from them 13 months prior. Young Ben wrote my vehicle up while Rich took care of the rest with the technician and I still made it in time for my mom's transfer to Hospice. Again and as always, Rich Montague goes above and beyond, he always goes that extra mile. Even when I had two different recalls for my Sienna van, Rich always made things happen quickly and Cindy would ensure I have a vehicle for overnight use at no charge until my van is fixed. My family has been customers at Brunswick Auto-Mart since 2008 and the service is always Great!! That's why we keep coming back. More
