I us is it right to stay one hour and 50 minutes for rotating wheels? then, the agent came to tell me about the front brake and the cost to fix!!!!!! I used a coupon of $20.00 on that day. for rotating the wheels but I refused to stay longer to fix the brake. This is not the first time this happened. Previously, one time, I spent almost 3 hours for an oil change. the agent went to lunch and forgot about me and he told me that he forgot to ask someone else to take care of my car. I bought 3 cars from this dealer and I feel that few employees do not appreciate that. Although the majority of sales personnel offer help, one of them ignored me when I asked him a question. One time the problem was not solved and the agent wanted to charge me again, I raised my concern to the manager of the service department, he offered to fix my car for no cost. I believe the management staff are amazing. and they take action when employees cause a problem. More
Confused I love Brunswick Subaru but I went for service because my brake light came on. I knew I needed front brakes after all I replaced my back brakes awhile I love Brunswick Subaru but I went for service because my brake light came on. I knew I needed front brakes after all I replaced my back brakes awhile ago. I don’t drive my outback a lot my 2014 only has 46,000 miles on it. I started driving for LYFT In January so a lot of those miles came just recently. on my last visit they informed me I needed back brakes also. I replaced them in November of 2017 and they only have 16,000 on them so I’m disappointed that they can’t explain what happened to them. I’m a little leary going back. After all I thought all I needed is front brakes because whenever I was there for oil changes they only told me about my front brakes, but told me I had a few more months before replacing them. Well to make a long story short I felt I should get more then 16,000 miles on my back brakes. Other then that I’ve never had any other questions pertaining to them. More

I purchased my new Highlander from Metro Toyota, 2 hours after I walked in I drove away with my new car. they just lost a loyal customer because of NO FOLLOW-UP! More

Jeep would not start I called the dealer and they had my Jeep towed to the Brunswick Auto Mart. The tow truck was at my house in less than 20 minutes. They looked at my Je I called the dealer and they had my Jeep towed to the Brunswick Auto Mart. The tow truck was at my house in less than 20 minutes.
