Worst Experience Ever! Charlie Dodds sets the bar for customer service so low that you have to go to corporate headquarters to get satisfaction. If you want to see your car expect to be your own sales person or go somewhere else. They order the car then wash their hands of it. You will be making all the calls, follow up calls and everything else related to the sale. They could not even submit my email correctly that 3 hours was spent with Star Link and Sirius Radio to straighten everything out. Nothing but a mess and no accountability! Do not expect much from this dealership. More

I would recommend Joe to anyone who is looking for an honest and patient salesman! We were at the dealership on Friday for 3 hours and came back Saturday to finally make the deal. We changed our mind several times and looked at 3 different cars - no pressure from Joe on any of them. He showed us all of our options and we actually ended up leasing, which was an option we hadn’t considered but saved us a ton of money. And Joe got us the most for our trade in.
