He gave good advice on features, helped us compare models, and was able to take us directly to what we wanted. No heavy pressure. Got a good deal. Paperwork was easy. Knocked it off quickly on a Tuesday, went to the bank on Wednesday and drove home on a Thursday (after he gave us the "how to" information for all the features - and there are a lot of goodies). More

I’ve been bringing my leased Toyotas here for the past 15+ years. I am past the 2 yr mark in my current lease, so there was maintenance charge for this visit. The only reason for the - 1 star is that I had a coupon for $79.95 which was used, but there was an additional charge of about $5 on the invoice besides the sales tax that was just marked “misc” but had no supporting detail anywhere on the invoice. Not something I would drive back to the service department to ask about, but you should make sure all “misc” fees have some reference within the invoice. More

Recent Service I was scheduled for service on November 14, 2018 at 8:45. I was greeted timely and the service personnel were great. They were able to perform the 30,000 mile checkup in a timely manner. While I was there I was able to have the staff sign me up for the extended service warranty that will take me through 50,000 miles. I now feel comfortable that I will be able to continue to use Brunswick Toyota for my service needs through 50,000 miles knowing that the work will be done professionally with no problems. More

The car was parked, and someone side swiped the car causing damage to rear of vehicle and door handle. Another Body Shop made the repair, and the car looked good as new. However, when I drove away, a "Defective Key" warning indicator appeared on instrument cluster. The Body Shop was unable to repair. Jeff listened carefully and had the tech take apart the door handle and reinstall correctly. No charge and my car was washed. Plus the dealership was clean and the people were friendly. More
