I have a conversion van, a van that has been converted with hand controlls and a lift to transport me and my husband, both wheelchair users, to help me get my car to the shop for a transmission problem. She told me about the towing that was offered by chrysler, so I called the number, got service within 20 minutes of the call and then Bethany called me back to make sure everything went well.
