Gary is the smartest and hardest working person I have ever met. He started with nothing and built an empire. You are looking at 24 bad reviews out of 61 total reviews . Brunswick Auto Mart has been doing business for over 25 years and is always in the top 10 volume dealers in the country. The Brunswick Chrysler Jeep store sells roughly 2,500 new cars a year not counting used. Let's say Dealer Rater has been around for 5 years. That's 12,500 new customers and only 61 reviews. Do not judge a dealer because of 24 bad reviews out of thousands of customers. If you have a bad experience you're going to post it online as payback. Even though I worked for MR. Pantek his Brunswick store was our biggest competitor and we sold a ton of cars but lost a lot to our sister store. Why? You will not find a dealer that can beat Brunswick's deal. I have been sending them at least 8-10 customers a year since 2008. Almost all of them close friends, family, and my old loyal customers. Every Time I am given the best price, customer service and service for all I send them and in return I ask for nothing but to continue taking care of me and my people. You can't please everyone, it is in possible and to tell you the truth you would be surprised how often the customer is just being unrealistic. We have all met or know someone like that. They are never happy no matter what you do for them. They are just miserable human beings. I have been in the Auto industry for over 25 years and I have witnessed every type of buyer there is and trust me the customer usually makes the sale more difficult on themselves than it has to be because they know how to negotiate and are the so called experts. Do yourself a favor, get 2 or 3 quotes from other dealers and take them to Brunswick Auto Mart. They will beat the deal over the phone or internet. Schedule an appointment for delivery and you will be in and out without a 3 hour negotiation. It is that simple. We are all too busy to waste that kind of time buying a car. If you want call me and I will contact Pat or Sam and get you the deal you want for free. I Just sent my brother in law to Brunswick to pick up his new Jeep Gr Cherokee Limited a month ago. He never talked to anyone but me until he got there. Brunswick went to another dealer to get him the exact Jeep he wanted and a couple of hours later it was ready, he signed the papers and we left. It is that simple. Just so all of you know my brother in law is as cheap as they get. He still has his first communion money. LOL. Again just so you know I do not work for this company nor am I paid for the people I bring them. I own my own pre owned car dealership. I highly recommend Brunswick Auto Mart. My 2015 Chrysler 200 lease is up in 9 months, at that time I will be driving out of Brunswick in my new Jeep Wrangler. Do yourself a favor go see them and judge for yourself why they are as big as they are. My name is Sean Nightingale and if you want me to help you I will. 440-915-1097. Or you can just call Brunswick Auto Mart and ask for one of the managers to match or beat the competitions price. I recommend Sam or Pat if you are looking for a Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge or Ram. More

I got my car over 3 months ago and was promised a detailed on my car. I brought my car in today and it was done by the end of the day and they gave me a car to use as well for the day! Now most dealerships don't have to give you a car, but they did. Customer service was out of this world, even tho it was 7:45 am in the morning lol. If i can give more then 5 STARS then I would, as they have been nothing but great to me! You can't please everyone in business or life, but you all made me happy on everything and you will see my business more and more for the future! Greg Thompson More

They treat you with respect, always seem to be upfront and honest, and seem to do everything they can to be as accommodating as possible. Highly recommended. More

The salesmen for my previous two purchases were professional, had my new vehicle properly prepped, and contacted me following the sale to ensure my satisfaction. A lot has changed in ten years. The neophyte salesman wanted to follow me home while I picked up my bank papers and follow me to the bank to make certain I completed my transaction. When I vetoed that request, he called me while I was enroute to ensure I was returning to purchase the vehicle. Though he made a major production in explaining how meticulously the vehicle had been prepped, it was quite clear NOTHING had been done as evidenced by the tags and tape remaining in the car and the packaged plugs that were to be installed at the time of prep at the dealership. And since the purchase? Unlike a friend's experience in purchasing a Honda, there was NO follow-up, NO letter thanking me for being a repeat customer, NO nothing! Apparently volume sales trump professionalism and customer service! More
Unethical, told lies, won't return calls. I traded in my 2013 VW GTI for a 2017 GTI. At first their lease price was nearly $100 a month more than other dealerships, this should've been my first sign as to the integrity of Matt and the rest of the dealership. After negotiating my trade (a lease buy out, not a lease turn in) I received a bill for $900 from VW credit for the over mileage charge along with a few other fees. It seems the dealership decided after the deal to turn the car in and not purchase it as agreed, leaving me with the costs. After checking Yelp, it seems that this exact deception is a common issue with this dealership. I'm currently in the process of filing a complaints with VW corporate. Avoid this dealership at all costs. More

Service dept. is a nightmare We have bought many vehicles here. They are very eager to help when purchasing a car, but don't bother to try and get it serviced here. Impossible to We have bought many vehicles here. They are very eager to help when purchasing a car, but don't bother to try and get it serviced here. They said that they get a I purchased my 2016 Mazda 3 in Mid November. We cut a deal. When I said I was going to pay cash the price went up $250. They said that they get a kickback from the finance company. Since I only had to hold the 2.1% loan for 3 months, I financed the $7500 minimum. The sales manager went through the 20 papers that need signatures, one of which was the finance document. At the top was a $195 loan origination fee. He told me that was figured in the total interest amount. If I paid off early, I wouldn't pay it. The form had a smoke and mirrors layout that concealed the truth. When I received my loan papers and saw that he mislead me. The amount borrowed was $7500 plus the loan origination fee. I was purposefully mislead. When I initially went there it was to look at a 2015, which mysteriously was sold in the 2 hrs from when I called and arrived. BAIT AND SWITCH. The experience was good until all this came to light.
