I bought a new Toyota RAV4 Hybrid there and took delivery of the car on April 7th. The purchasing process went smoothly and professionally. This is not personal to you, however he is a representation of your dealership; and I will not provide my business any further. I drove 3+ hours; and the treatment received from him was so outlandish that I have already sent others to different locations. I waited over 3 hours while your team and service department diagnosed a a noise from underneath the vehicle. Jokingly, I asked if there was any additional discount for the time spent- as I was led to believe there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. Being told “we don’t need your business”, and “your trying to strong arm me” are a few of the things that I was told: when I was nothing but polite, considerate, and patient. I hope your company address his behavior as its employees like that that will disrupt the business and clients. More
Worst service experience of my life at brunswickSubaru Service. Will contact Better Business Bureau! Had to bring it in 3 times! 1st time charged for diagnostics testing but apparently didn’t really do Service. Will contact Better Business Bureau! Had to bring it in 3 times! 1st time charged for diagnostics testing but apparently didn’t really do it because when I got the suv back, ac was still broken. Took it back 2nd time just to get the diagnostics testing. 3rd time with scheduled appointment and then they kept my car for 3 weeks and 3 days. Meanwhile, no communication. They offered me a loaner after I had already dropped the car off. We would call and leave messages with no response. Also, I was originally told that the diagnostic test comes off if you need work - which I needed a huge job done (the ac compressor). They took it off for the first time when they didn’t fix it. I did call Subaru and due to it being only 4 years old, I didn’t pay 2000+ but less than 1/2 of that. I don’t understand why they missed this the first time!!! If you can’t do your job right, then I feel like you are scamming your customers. Sadly, I have been only taking my car here. Lesson learned. More
