February 26th visit to get an ongoing issue with the radio system resolved. It’s 34 days later and it’s still not resolved. Dealer states service area tech rep is aware of this with multiple VW’s, yet….here I sit, still awaiting a resolution. And this isn’t just a one-off issue, as I’ve been dealing with this since October 2023. I think this should tell you my current opinion of VW. Due to a lack of follow up, coupled with the fact that I’ve called multiple times in the past for service, only to get directed to a voicemail that doesn’t get returned, I’ve grown weary of Brunswick VW. And it’s a shame, since I always had good service on my 3 prior VW’s. More
Rob in service went out of his way to make sure my truck was properly fixed. Treats his customers with respect and is easy to talk to. Worked with Ramiz to get my Wife the car she’s always wanted. Brunswick gave us the best deal in twin, processed everything seamlessly and were exceptionally polite along the way. Subaru, Crosstrek and I have yet to drive it because of engine light problem. It has been in the service department three weeks now not happy about the communication with the service department or the sale engine light problem. It has been in the service department three weeks now not happy about the communication with the service department or the salesman who sold me the car. This is absolutely ridiculous for a brand new 2024 car to have these issues that are not fixable. First service was 3 days with the car. They claim the gas cap was not sitting properly, 2 1/2 hours later . Took the car home and 2 days after that engine light went on and computer failed. Took it back to service. Three weeks now and I still don't have the car. This is absolutely ridiculous for a band new car to have issues . Guess I bought a Lemmon. Trying to resolve this with Subaru Advocacy Support. Not happy with Brunswick Auto or the salesman who sold me this car. More
