Financial employee did not give me options. Wanted me to sign papers for 9% interest with Alli bank. Had to repeatedly ask for lower interest rate since I had an 810 credit score. His answer was that he was staying with the payment amount I requested. Finally got 6.35% with Capital One. Searching for the best rate should be part of customer service. Also only received one key fob with car and was not told until all was done and ready to drive away. Asked for a second one to be ordered and was told no. More

Brunswick Auto Mart was one of several dealerships I reached out to for a lease quote on a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Limited. I asked for a comprehensive breakdown of their best out the door offer with my t reached out to for a lease quote on a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Limited. I asked for a comprehensive breakdown of their best out the door offer with my terms stated as zero down, 36 months, 12k miles/year. Ray Hanini reached out to me quickly and provided the information I sought. Ray even provided additional details and allowed me the time I needed to consider all offers. I did not share my offers with other dealerships and selected the dealership who was the easiest to work with and had a good initial offer. Ray and I exchanged a few more emails to firm up the details on the vehicle and terms. Documents were sent over via email for me to e-sign and my deposit was taken over the phone. The only time spent at the dealership was signing documents with their finance manager, Bill, and I was in-and-out in less than an hour. I truly appreciate how Ray and Brunswick Auto Mart respect my time and communication style.
