It's a big dealership and if you get there when it's busy there can be some waiting. That said, they are pleasant people to deal with. My salesman was Ravi P in the used car building. Make sure you decide if you want an extended warranty before you get there and what you want to pay for it. I always forget that part. I get surprised when, after you sign the deal on the price or the car, they ask if you want the extended warranty on the car. In my case it was an extra $1500 and they want a decision right away.
