Would rate them a zero if I could. I had an oil change special that was $39.99. Of course, by the time the added "extras" such as "7.34" for misc charges and then shop supplies, the I had an oil change special that was $39.99. Of course, by the time the added "extras" such as "7.34" for misc charges and then shop supplies, the $39.99 special wasn't so special at $54.54. Went I asked about it I was given a dismissive reply as though I was an inconvenience and it was absurd to question their need to tack on additional miscellaneous dealer profit. In addition, the wait time was absurd. The oil change was by appointment, and I was here from 945 am until 1203 pm. More

Horrible service, horrible service advisors, and an even more horrible service manager. They don’t care about my concerns because I am a woman. They talk down to you and make you feel like you have no idea more horrible service manager. They don’t care about my concerns because I am a woman. They talk down to you and make you feel like you have no idea what you’re talking about. They told me my clutch was fine, and it wasn’t slipping. They went so far as to take me on a drive with a service tech. They all told me I was wrong. My clutch failed six days after having it at this dealer. They charged me full price to fix something they assured me over and over was fine. Complete trash. More

I recently had the oil changed on my new 2023 Ram 3500 and I can verify that the fresh oil was filled to the proper level on the dipstick. I would’ve given a 5 star rating except that after I drove the n and I can verify that the fresh oil was filled to the proper level on the dipstick. I would’ve given a 5 star rating except that after I drove the new Ram home there was a small oil drip on my garage floor. After 2 days the oil stopped dripping on my garage floor. I think a little more should be taken when old oil is drained from the engine so customers do not experience oil drips on their garage floors. More
