I went in on Friday looking for a pre-owned vehicle that had unfortunately been sold already. Not a big deal, it happens. The sales person gladly showed me a fresh trade which hadn't been through the shop y had unfortunately been sold already. Not a big deal, it happens. We made a deal (which was a hassle in itself, considering I had to nearly leave before I could even get shown numbers) and I signed all the papers. The manager was great and promised it would be ready for delivery the following day and if something came up they would call in the morning. After no phone call, I contacted my sales person in the afternoon to arrange a pickup time and he told me the detail staff were all off for the holiday so I would have to wait until Tuesday. Honesty and communication are key in instilling trust, and I feel as though I received neither. I would likely go elsewhere for my next vehicle. More

Salesperson, sales manager, ops person and finance manager all went out of their way to accommodate me. Was not the closest Volkswagen dealer to me, but I ultimately chose them for their price, effic manager all went out of their way to accommodate me.
