I found my buying experience at Brunswick auto Mart to be very refreshing. My sales person, Zack Tick was extremely knowledgeable about the Subaru that he was selling. He did extremely well with negotiations in regards to my purchasing the car. he brought a car to me that I was interested in and even went on the small test drive with me so that he might answer any questions as they arose. I BROUGHT MY DAUGHTER'S CAR IN ON MARCH 27, 2025 FOR A FACTORY AUTHORIZED UPDATE. I SCHEDULED THE APPOINTMENT A WEEK OR TWO PRIOR. I DROPPED THE CAR OFF AT NINE (MY SCHEDULED) TIME AND I INFORMED THEM T FACTORY AUTHORIZED UPDATE. I SCHEDULED THE APPOINTMENT A WEEK OR TWO PRIOR. I DROPPED THE CAR OFF AT NINE (MY SCHEDULED) TIME AND I INFORMED THEM THAT I WOULD PICK IT UP AROUND LUNCH TIME. I WENT BACK AROUND NOON ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THEY HAD NOT STARTED ON HER CAR AND THAT IT WOULD TAKE APPROXIMATELY 90 MINUTES. I ASKED WHY AND WAS TOLD THAT THE TECHNICIAN HAD BEEN INTERRUPTED WITH OTHER CARS MANY TIMES. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WAS PISSED. I SHOUDL HAVE BEEN CALLED AND TOLD THIS PRIOR TO MY SHOWING UP. MY DAUGHTER WAS ABLE TO SPEAK WITH THE SERVICE MANAGER, WHO WAS LESS THAN HELPFUL AND STATED THAT WHEN YOU DROP OFF A CAR, IT CAN SOMETIMES TAKE LONGER. SHE INFORMED HIM THAT I HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR 9AM. HIS ANSWER WAS TO OFFER A FREE OIL CHANGE, WHICH BRINGS ME TO MY NEXT POINT. WHEN I CAME TO PICK UP THE CAR, THE INTAKE PERSON TOLD ME THAT WHOMEVER DID THE LAST OIL CHANGE LEFT A MESS UNDER THE HOOD. I INFORMED HER THAT THIS DEALERSHIP DID IT. SHE REPLIED THAT THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF IT! I FIND THIS INTERESTING BECAUSE THE STICKER ON THE INSIDE WINDSHIELD HAS THEIR NAME ON IT!! More
