This is my third Subaru lease. Dean has always made the process smooth and simple. But I was so happy with the great service from Eric Holley when I actually picked up my car. He took the time to review the paper work with me and sat in the car and made it ready for me with regards to my phone, garage door opener and other settings. So friendly and caring. I work in a service industry and find people who are my contemporaries (somewhat older!) are the best in the work place. I say this as I was somewhat taken aback by a young associate’s comment when I asked for Eric..he said something to the effect of oh too bad..not very professional. More

I showed up on a Saturday, and they were super busy but they still made time to squeeze me in for a tire rotation, oil change and alignment. Service advisor was great ! Clean, fast service, personable employees. Sometimes service seems too fast, like how can they finish so soon? Also coupon discounts were not applied, even though I was told they were. After servicing, while I paid my bill and used the restroom, my car was left outside, keys in the ignition, and engine running. I am really upset by that. I plan to let them know that should not happen ever again. Also, the free car wash seems nothing more than a rinse off with plain water, and windows are not cleaned well. Water spots are left all over the car. I never really know if they have checked all they say they have in the amount of time they take. More
