Clean, fast service, personable employees. Sometimes service seems too fast, like how can they finish so soon? Also coupon discounts were not applied, even though I was told they were. After servicing, while I paid my bill and used the restroom, my car was left outside, keys in the ignition, and engine running. I am really upset by that. I plan to let them know that should not happen ever again. Also, the free car wash seems nothing more than a rinse off with plain water, and windows are not cleaned well. Water spots are left all over the car. I never really know if they have checked all they say they have in the amount of time they take. More
