Their trade in value was thousands less than what it is worth and what they had previously told me they would give me for it. The manager, Eli Elias, and the salesperson, Ramiz Abujaradeh, used aggressive, bullying, and dishonest sales tactics to try and make a sale and were extremely condescending and rude when I told them I did not want to buy the car from them. I have never been treated with such disrespect and I want to save anyone from having to be treated that way. More

I WAS SCHEDULED FOR A 10000 MILE CHECK. GAVE BEN A LIST OF WHAT WAS TO BE DONE. AFTER I GOT THE VEHICLE BACK AND DROVE 30 MILES TO HOME, I DISCOVERED THAT MOST OF THE ITEMS WERE NOT DONE. GAVE BEN A LIST OF WHAT WAS TO BE DONE. AFTER I GOT THE VEHICLE BACK AND DROVE 30 MILES TO HOME, I DISCOVERED THAT MOST OF THE ITEMS WERE NOT DONE. IN FACT, THE ONLY ONE THAT WAS DONE THAT I AM POSITIVE OF IS THE OIL CHANGE. THE TIRES WERE ROTATED BUT THE LOCATOR WAS NOT RESET. THE INFLATION VARIED FROM TIRE TO TIRE AND THE SPARE TIRE WAS NEVER CHECKED AS IT HAD ONLY 25 PSI AND WAS NEVER DROPPED TO CHECK PSI. LEVELS THAT WERE TO BE CHECKED WERE LOW. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE, FREE OR NOT. More
