When going to service department don’t count on warranty work getting fixed. Been there 4 times for the same two issues. If it’s not completely broke or leaking they won’t fix. Bad troubleshooters. Do not do business with Brunswick Subaru. The manager, Eli Elias, refused to refund my $1,000 when I chose not to buy a car from them because they lied to me about what they would give me for The manager, Eli Elias, refused to refund my $1,000 when I chose not to buy a car from them because they lied to me about what they would give me for my trade-in. Their trade in value was thousands less than what it is worth and what they had previously told me they would give me for it. The manager, Eli Elias, and the salesperson, Ramiz Abujaradeh, used aggressive, bullying, and dishonest sales tactics to try and make a sale and were extremely condescending and rude when I told them I did not want to buy the car from them. I have never been treated with such disrespect and I want to save anyone from having to be treated that way. More
