I WAS SCHEDULED FOR A 10000 MILE CHECK. GAVE BEN A LIST OF WHAT WAS TO BE DONE. AFTER I GOT THE VEHICLE BACK AND DROVE 30 MILES TO HOME, I DISCOVERED THAT MOST OF THE ITEMS WERE NOT DONE. GAVE BEN A LIST OF WHAT WAS TO BE DONE. AFTER I GOT THE VEHICLE BACK AND DROVE 30 MILES TO HOME, I DISCOVERED THAT MOST OF THE ITEMS WERE NOT DONE. IN FACT, THE ONLY ONE THAT WAS DONE THAT I AM POSITIVE OF IS THE OIL CHANGE. THE TIRES WERE ROTATED BUT THE LOCATOR WAS NOT RESET. THE INFLATION VARIED FROM TIRE TO TIRE AND THE SPARE TIRE WAS NEVER CHECKED AS IT HAD ONLY 25 PSI AND WAS NEVER DROPPED TO CHECK PSI. LEVELS THAT WERE TO BE CHECKED WERE LOW. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE, FREE OR NOT. More
I have been buying Subaru Outbacks from Eric Holley for the last several years. He is personable, interested in what I want and seeing to it that I get not only good service from him but after from the Se the last several years. He alerted me that what I wanted would be delivered on a particular date and that he would have it serviced and ready for me to pick up the next day. It only took a few minutes to complete the paper work he'd done most of it before I arrived) and put the plates on. I've been a TFS customer forever (this is my 3rd RAV) and suddenly OECU is the place to be. Really?? Per Nanette, her whole family uses them.. that was the first red flag. Interest rate is 2% higher that TFS was... hmmm Then OECU sends paperwork and apparently they don't do online payments without charging a $7 fee or $12 over the phone. People don't use checks anymore... so really? Does the AutoMart folks get a portion of that? I've been researching "Truth in Lending" laws and they're breaking a boatload of them. Negotiated 4. 59% loan on certified used car (2022 with 6k miles) with salesman (my credit union had offered 4.99).
