Service Dept is Excellent! good communication, full disclosure, and very professional! However, when I bought my car: I found my own car on Brunswick lot, had to find a sales rep, then find a manager to negotiate with… Mgr & Sales Rep both said “Gotcha” incessantly to anything I said! Mgr was more bragging @ “I’m their record 13th Crosstrek car sale that month” VS my Plight/Immediate need. ( I sadly just had my previous pristine, low mileage, paid-off 2014 Forester Subaru deem a TOTAL loss in a tragic major flood… Progressive under reimbursed my car value-my personal electronics, shoes, clothes, sunglasses all were unreimbursed total loss too). Hence, new $34, 000 Subaru even w/ low financing is kinda a hardship at this time as well. Finance dept could care less-Want ya to sign as, “it’s a great deal”! When I picked up new lovely 2021 amenity loaded, safe, beautiful Khaki/Blue matte Crosstrek, there is still plastic & stickers in areas. Sales provided No TUTORIAL @ IT, Dash indicators, features, adjustments, EYEs, mechanisms, nor Map given! Rep simply programmed 60s-70s-80s-90’s stations in new Sirius car radio, thanked me & stated “you got a great deal”. Seriously? More
I had a flat tire in the morning and decided to take it to the dealer to have it fixed. While i was there I decided to have the service technicians look at a few other items. Jeff Harry, a service adviser whom I've worked with in the past and knows my vehicle history reviewed my maintenance log. With his knowledge we came up with a plan to get certain items that were overdue taken care of. He made sure I had a loaner car so I could go home and wait for my vehicle to be finished which would have been at 5PM. The mechanics finished an hour early so Jeff called to inform me. When I arrived my car was ready to go. He reviewed the work completed and also gave me information with regards to another vehicle that I'm looking possibly purchase in the future. I appreciate his knowledge and listening to my concerns and coming up with the best plan based on the work that can be completed and what can wait and allowing me to make those decisions with no pressure. More
Even though I did NOT have a scheduled appointment for my 2021 Forester, James M. welcomed me as if I did. This is not unusual for the staff at Brunswick Subaru. They have always been welcoming, respectful a 2021 Forester, James M. welcomed me as if I did. This is not unusual for the staff at Brunswick Subaru. They have always been welcoming, respectful and always ready to do QUALITY WORK. The building is always clean and stocked well with "treats" and bath supplies for all customers to enjoy. In addition to this my car was ready to "hit the streets" in less time then I expected - and washed clean as well. GREAT JOB FOLKS - KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!! More
Came in for first oil change on my cx-3. Easy online scheduling and short wait for service to be completed. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only disappointment was the lack of a car wash after the service. Most other dealerships offer complimentary car wash after each service and was surprised to get a dirty car back. More
I was able to bring my Jeep in and leave it with them for the day, without making an appointment.
