Given the times, I expected a long wait for delivery of a new car; was able to drive off the same day with the model I wanted without a lot of useless options to inflate the price. We returned to this dealership because we liked Karen Burval so much when we dealt with her in 2016. I have been going here for the last 4 years. I used to love bringing my Truck here. However the last year and half have been horrible. They will say they will call back, but never do. They tell you your car will be done one day but it has always been 1 or more days every time. And every time its because "they only have one person working that can handle the issue." They have told me on several different truck repairs they will order a part. Yet after waiting for over a month every time I call back and they have "no clue why the part wasn't order" much less call and give updates when the part will come in. I got my truck serviced 10/25/22 after being contacted by a service rep. They "fixed it" but the engine light came back on for the same exact reason the very next day. Engine core heater for my 2017 2500 Ram. I contacted them again and said they will get me in as soon as possible. After contacting them a couple more times here I am 40 days latter and still have my engine light on and still not appointment for them to fix it. This is the exact reason I left my first review the service is fine while there. But their follow through and ensuring everything is taken care of is not good. More
