We had a different experience with our last service than we have had...Brunswick Automart has always given us wonderful service, but on Friday 12-23-22, they called us at 9:40 am and told us our car would b we have had...Brunswick Automart has always given us wonderful service, but on Friday 12-23-22, they called us at 9:40 am and told us our car would be ready for pick up at noon...When we got there at noon, the car was still outside and due to a bad snowstorm it was basically frozen solid and we waited almost an hour for it to thaw out enough to drive and only after we asked for help scraping the snow and ice off the car...The work that was done was satisfactory, but our experience at pick up was not up to par. More

Jon was very efficient, professional and friendly. The dealership is easy to access at I-71 and Rte 303. The dealership waiting area, bathroom and service entrance is very clean. It is a great service The dealership is easy to access at I-71 and Rte 303. The dealership waiting area, bathroom and service entrance is very clean. It is a great service to drive into the entrance and get out of the car out of the elements. The coffee and water bottles are much appreciated. And the free multi point check and free car wash top the cake! More
