I had a flat tire in the morning and decided to take it to the dealer to have it fixed. While i was there I decided to have the service technicians look at a few other items. Jeff Harry, a service adviser to the dealer to have it fixed. While i was there I decided to have the service technicians look at a few other items. Jeff Harry, a service adviser whom I've worked with in the past and knows my vehicle history reviewed my maintenance log. With his knowledge we came up with a plan to get certain items that were overdue taken care of. He made sure I had a loaner car so I could go home and wait for my vehicle to be finished which would have been at 5PM. The mechanics finished an hour early so Jeff called to inform me. When I arrived my car was ready to go. He reviewed the work completed and also gave me information with regards to another vehicle that I'm looking possibly purchase in the future. I appreciate his knowledge and listening to my concerns and coming up with the best plan based on the work that can be completed and what can wait and allowing me to make those decisions with no pressure. More

Came in for first oil change on my cx-3. Easy online scheduling and short wait for service to be completed. Staff was friendly and helpful.
