Service Department was terrific! James McElwee, my Service Advisor, was courteous, friendly and well informed. I actually would give the Service Department a ten rating! The reason James McElwee, my Service Advisor, was courteous, friendly and well informed. I actually would give the Service Department a ten rating! The reason I gave the rating of a 9 was because I took a stroll to the Showroom. Two employees wee visible and holding a conversation. No one approach me or inquire if I was interested in leasing, purchasing a Vechicle or just a Hello. This was definitely a turn-off for me. I have a 2016 Impreza and had recently been considering a trade or lease of a newer Vechicle. Other than that incident all was Great!! More
