I dropped my car off at 6:40am for an 8:15 appointment for new tires and an alignment. At 3:45 I had not yet heard from anyone. Upon multiple phone calls and long hold times, I received a phone call bac for new tires and an alignment. At 3:45 I had not yet heard from anyone. Upon multiple phone calls and long hold times, I received a phone call back to let me know that they never pulled my keys out of the drop box and the work had not been started. I was told it could possibly be done the following day at noon. That wasn’t going to work for me unless I could get a car for the following day. The service advisor was to call me back after checking if they could complete the work that afternoon while I would make a few calls to see if I could find a car for the following day. At 5:20, I received a text to tell me that my car was complete and to pick it up by 5:30. Then the advisor called me and extended the pick up timeframe. The dealer said they would mount and balance the tires at no charge. Upon picking up my vehicle, the total seemed high but since I did not have my notes with me and the service center was closed, I told the ladies that I would sign and contact service the following day if I saw a discrepancy. Upon reviewing everything closer, I found that I was over charged for the alignment by $40 and was also assessed a miscellaneous fee of $25. I called and left a message with my service advisor the following day and have yet to hear back. More
