My husband and I were in the market for a new, slightly larger, SUV so that we had a bit more space for travel with a child. Jake was wonderful to work with. He answered all of my questions, was responsive with more questions and even took measurements of the cargo space for me later. My only disappointment was in the timeliness of the actual purchase. For the first time in my life I chose to pay cash for the purchase, after my trade in. I put a deposit down on a Thursday to hold the vehicle and waited for wire instructions on Friday which Jake promptly sent to me in the morning. I wired the funds that morning and kept waiting to hear about when I could pick it up. I would not get my car until Monday because even though they could see the exact wire amount coming in, it hadn't posted. Even on Saturday they could still see the funds, but it hadn't posted. If I had chosen to write a personal check (unverified funds) I could have left with my new car the same day. Even a bank check (more secure than a personal check, but still unverified funds) would have allowed me to leave with my new car the same day. Jake tried very hard to make it happen for me, but it all came down to "company policy". All that aside - I've had the car for a week and a half now and I love it!! More

Service advisor, Bailey, greeted me at arrival and escorted to me to service desk. Confirmed appointment, services requested, added vehicle inspection and free car wash.
