Waited 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Paper work said tire rotation was done. It was a lie because I marked the tires and new it wasn’t done. Waited another 1 hour. I requested a refund. More

All I wanted to do was change my lease into a loan and the woman at the desk wouldn't let me talk to anyone. I have done business with them since 2002.. They lost my business. I'm still upset. BW Credit said they don't make any money that way, She treated me wrong!!!!
