Was happy I came and tried this dealership. I was at another dealership and clearly they were trying to overcharge me the payment at Honda dealership was $100 more for less expensive car lease. I bought my car here, so I have always gotten my car serviced here, I have never had a problem before but this last service was very disappointing, I got my oil changed and a 100 thousand mile service, serviced here, I have never had a problem before but this last service was very disappointing, I got my oil changed and a 100 thousand mile service, I made an appointment and really wasn’t there long, I feel like I was grossly overcharged, I was never told how my tires are for the upcoming winter and don’t know what they filled or didn’t fill, once done done they told me car was ready, I got into my car , kept waiting for them to open garage door to get out but never did, I beeped my horn , still nobody, finally I get out, go back in and look for someone to let me out, still nobody, needless to say I had to open myself and after spending almost 700 dollars they didn’t even wash my car!!!! So disappointing!!! I choose to go there even though the Wooster Mazda dealership is only 15 mini minutes from my house, maybe I need to find a new place More
