I get this email every time I leave a bad review. In one case I went to the service manager. And spoke to him directly. What have I gained? a lot of lost revenue and a waste of time. You have had multiple chances to fix the issues. Instead I get no solutions. Why would I waste another half day going nowhere? The information above is the information you and the rest of the people who read this review need.

I was contacted by a service professional. (I appreciate their desire to improve my experience) They are looking into situations mentioned in my review. Here we are 12/8/22. I got my truck serviced 10/25/22 after being contacted by a service rep. They "fixed it" but the engine light came back on for the same exact reason the very next day. Engine core heater for my 2017 2500 Ram. I contacted them again and said they will get me in as soon as possible. After contacting them a couple more times here I am 40 days latter and still have my engine light on and still not appointment for them to fix it. This is the exact reason I left my first review the service is fine while there. But their follow through and ensuring everything is taken care of is not good.

Sorry. I already bought the same car at another Subaru dealership. I was further angered when I was requested to take down my review or the sales manager would not quote me any details of a potential deal. That was relayed to me by another sales rep who sounded to be honest and very professional. That, of course, will not happen. I consider the request to be unprofessional and disrespectful. Thanks to you, Mr. Dodds. I appreciate the contact.
