I bought my car here, so I have always gotten my car serviced here, I have never had a problem before but this last service was very disappointing, I got my oil changed and a 100 thousand mile service, serviced here, I have never had a problem before but this last service was very disappointing, I got my oil changed and a 100 thousand mile service, I made an appointment and really wasn’t there long, I feel like I was grossly overcharged, I was never told how my tires are for the upcoming winter and don’t know what they filled or didn’t fill, once done done they told me car was ready, I got into my car , kept waiting for them to open garage door to get out but never did, I beeped my horn , still nobody, finally I get out, go back in and look for someone to let me out, still nobody, needless to say I had to open myself and after spending almost 700 dollars they didn’t even wash my car!!!! So disappointing!!! I choose to go there even though the Wooster Mazda dealership is only 15 mini minutes from my house, maybe I need to find a new place More
I have been to this location multiple times and every time I go I am fighting with the service guys to actually fix the issues. 1. I had to take my 2016 Impreza 5 times before they would fix the reca time I go I am fighting with the service guys to actually fix the issues. 1. I had to take my 2016 Impreza 5 times before they would fix the recall that they were supposed to fix. 2. 3 times to get my crosstreks air conditioner corrected. 3 times for the bearings 3. The tires I bought from them had incorrect wear and they were balding in less than 20,000 miles. 4. Took my crosstrek for a safety test they came back and said I needed an alignment ( I had just gotten the alignment done 30 mins before I went for the safety test) 5. Took my wife’s car to get the tires replaced and they said everything looks good and I was done (the left rear tire was completely bald). 6. Took my car in for issues with the transmission and the oxygen sensors and they said there is no issues, charged me $150 and when I left the code popped up again. 7. When I brought it in for them to check on the recall for the valves and engine pressure issues they told me it would be more cost effective for the engine to break down than check for issues with pressure and leaks. People ask why I kept going back, mainly warranty. And I normally try to give benefit of the doubt but I finally said after multiple mistakes I can’t do this anymore. Stay away from their service dept. Recommend this dealer? No Were you satisfied with the quality of work performed on your vehicle? I have been going here for the last 4 years. I used to love bringing my Truck here. However the last year and half have been horrible. They will say they will call back, but never do. They tell you your car will be done one day but it has always been 1 or more days every time. And every time its because "they only have one person working that can handle the issue." They have told me on several different truck repairs they will order a part. Yet after waiting for over a month every time I call back and they have "no clue why the part wasn't order" much less call and give updates when the part will come in. Their parts/shop just has plane horrible service now. More

The note I am writing Subaru is more detailed. I almost forgot: the $2,000 “market adjustment!” Huh? After the already absurd sticker price? Can’t believe Subaru is allowing this kind of business.
