I just bought a high-spec Lucid from Brustolon and couldn't imagine a better buying experience. My sales rep, Arvy Samis, was knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and very fair. I recommend him highly to any potential car buyers The business office experience was great as well, taking less than 5 minutes to complete the transaction. That has a to be close to a record. Brustolon is a great place to buy late model used cars at very attractive prices. They specialize in these cars and have a with no attempts to load me up with unneeded extras. The whole experience convinced me I should go back to them the next time I am in the market. I live 175 miles from their showroom, but I know it will be worth the drive More
So let me start with I got a good vehicle. I live in Massachusetts, and found this vehicle at their dealership on cargurus.com. Called and made certain it was available. Drove down to see it and loved it so I said yes I’ll buy it. They don’t budge one in price, it’s a good price. But when you tell them that you’re your bank, they come back with another price that’s about $3000 more. Because you’re not financing. See there’s one tiny line on the fine print on their website. Not on CarGurus. That being said beware. It took 3 1/2 weeks for them to get the title. So there I was making payments on this truck and paying insurance while it sat on their lot. they never reached out to me. I called them five times for updates. When I went to pick the truck up, expressed my discontent and was told they filled the tank full of gas. I explained that I paid $750 for a vehicle they had, that they weren’t paying interest on any more because I had assumed the note, and it just seems unfair that they made a profit, and the salesman made a profit and I sat without a truck making payments. They didn’t care. I emailed the owner and never heard back from her. Just be aware that customer satisfaction and timely delivery are not really important to them. More

The worst experience I have ever had purchasing anything in my lifetime!!!! I highly advice to stay clear of this dealership! I work in sales, and I have never seen such awful customer service. The vehicle I purchased 2.5 weeks ago is still not ready and I have been without a car! They did not give me a rental and I have been shuffling around my extended family's vehicles in order to be able to simply pick up my son from preschool, plus have missed out a number of work opportunities because of this inconvenience. I have left multiple voicemails for the sales manager, because he does not pick up his phone, but he never calls back. My husband and I have received different stories from different salesmen about what is going on with the vehicle over the 2.5 weeks we've been waiting for it. The first story was that a sensor light was on in my 2020 Lincoln with 30k miles on it, then they couldn't override it, so they had to send it to a local Lincoln dealership, then the Lincoln dealership isn't servicing it in a timely manner, then they need to order a new part, then they the part is taking too long to come in, then the part didn't fix the sensor, but did it?, now they need the Lincoln dealership to install it, the Lincoln dealership isn't providing them with answers - it has been a circus act. I have asked to be compensated for the inconveniences they have caused me, they said there's nothing they can do. We paid full price for the vehicle and never even haggled them on the price whatsoever! Not to mention, the purchasing process was so disorganized and dysfunctional. We set an appointment up with someone for a Monday at 4 p.m., the salesman we set it up with wasn't there and no one knew of the appointment, they would not negotiate or provide any incentives on the purchase, so we agreed to pay full price. We also had already sold my previous vehicle and had a check for them right there and then. They only had one finance person working, who seemed to not know what he was doing, because we did not leave until 8 p.m. They actually locked the doors and closed the place up with my husband pacing around inside waiting for answers. My two toddlers, and I were left starving, waiting for hours, in my husband's truck. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, go elsewhere! They clearly throw vehicles on the sales floor that need servicing, if that is even true, and provide atrocious customer service. The most careless, disrespectful, mismanaged car dealership I have ever come across! More
